Shipping Policy
All Office Business Solutions will attempt to ship any online order within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Shipment is by Australia Post surface mail or Express mail, if this option has been chosen by the purchaser. For estimated delivery times refer to the www.australiapost.com.au website.
Goods ordered through community group promotions will be delivered as per the methods outlined in such promotions eg delivered to clubhouse, team manager, etc.
Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel the order if requested.
